If you pay by mail and would like to have your membership card sent to you, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
If you have an email address, even if you choose to get the paper newsletter sent to you, please list your email address below. Email is the only way we can quickly contact people to announce a last minute, "pick-up" trip or activity. Also, trip leaders use email addresses to announce changes in trips and last minute openings. If we have your email address, you won't miss these unexpected opportunities for adventure and camaraderie.
Your information is NEVER sold or shared in any way with any other organization or business. Your phone numbers, address, and email will be listed in the membership directory which is used by trip leaders and board members in arranging trips and other club events. The membership directory is NOT available on line. The directory is available to current club members ONLY upon request to the board member in charge of membership.
Even if you think we already have your email address and mailing address, please send in the membership application so we can confirm those addresses on our mailing lists.
